DELIVERY, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Delivery:

Our current dispatch time is 3-5 working days. We aim to dispatch your parcel as quickly as possible and will always try to beat this time where we can.

Our current delivery options are Royal Mail tracked 48. Royal Mail Tracked means your order is tracked with SMS and email notifications, with options to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place.

Returns:
You have the right to return items for 14 days from the date of delivery. Food items cannot be returned, all other items must be returned unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we receive the item and find that it has been used or is in a poor condition. If you wish to return an item, please contact us via the contact form on our contact page.


All return postage costs are paid for by you (the customer) unless the item(s) are faulty or damaged. Responsibility for the risk of loss or damage when posting returned items lies with you (the customer).


In cases of faulty or damaged item(s) please contact us via the contact form on our contact page with photographs of the faults/damages.

Refunds:
Please allow up to 10 working days from the day we receive your returned item(s) for your refund to be processed. A confirmation email will be sent once the return has been processed.
